It represents an important progress in synthetic technology lubrication that combines ultra-pure bases of very high viscosity, and EP/AW additive components, with synergistic action, suitable for use in the sugar industry and other heavy-duty demands. They were born from the need to migrate from lubricants based on asphalt oils towards more appropriate technologies both in terms of lubrication performance and the substantial reduction in environmental pollution levels. The first evolution of this technology made it possible to reduce the amount of lubricant required to one tenth of known consumption, obtaining better lubrication results. The next step is the development and implementation of “Compound” and “UHVSG” gels, which in turn can reduce consumption by up to a third of HVSG.
